摘要
通过波纹管的波高、波距、壁厚、层数、直径等波形参数的变化对波纹管的耐压强度、疲劳寿命、稳定性及刚度等参数影响的分析,并根据历年来在波纹管膨胀节设计、订货等方面的实践经验,总结出“波纹管波形参数对其性能影响分析表”;同时,针对波纹管膨胀节在设计和订货中经常遇到的一些问题提出了几点看法.
Through analysis of influences of shaping parameters such as wave height, pitch of waves, wall thickness as well as wave number etc. on bellows behavior, including compressive resistance, fatigue life, stability and rigidity etc. , and the practical experiences about bellows design and purchasing over the years, a dynamic analysis table for bellows was drawn out. Some views were put forward considering the problems encountered in design and purchasing of bellows expansion joints.
