摘要 本文考虑采用MonteCarlo有限无法进行结构可靠性分析时,最大应力单元具有跳动性的特点,应用模糊综合评判理论,提出了最大应力集和最小失效集的概念,并考虑多个应力较大单元对结构失效的影响及各单元之间的相关性,提出了计算结构系统可靠度的权函数综合法。运用此方法对油田套管头结构进行了可靠性分析,其结果对油田生产实践及套管头结构设计具有一定的参考价值。 The unstable issue of maximum stress element during analysis of structure reliability with Monte Carlo finite element method is taken into consideration. By using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, the conceots of the maximum stress set and the minimum failure set are put forward. Moreover, the influence of multiple elements with larger stress on structure failure and the correlativity of above elements ore considered. The weighting function comprehensive method is presented to calculate structure reliability. Finally, the method developed in this paper is applied to the reliability analysis of casing head structure. The computational results can be taken as a reference in production practice and Structure design.
