晶界对工业单晶铜线材传输性能影响的微观机制 被引量:5

摘要 通过分析晶界对铜线材电阻率、电容值以及信号失真度的影响规律,研究晶界对线材传输信号影响的机制。结果表明,随晶界数的增加,线材的电阻率呈非线性增加,线材的电容值呈线性减少。晶界的电阻率大于晶界两侧晶粒的电阻率是晶界影响线材传输性能的本质,晶界的电阻、电容以及电感特性是晶界对线材传输性能影响的具体表现形式。 Effects of grain boundaries on the resistivity, capacitance of copper wires and the fuzzy degree of signal transmission have been studied in the present paper. The results show that the resistivity of grain boundary increases with the number of grain boundary increasing in the wires,the attached capacitance of the cooper wires linearly decreases with the number of grain boundary increasing. The essential effects of grain boundaries on signal transmission is that the resistivity from grain boundary is much more than that from grain inside, and the evidence of grain boundaries on signal transmission is resistance, capacitance and inductance characteristic of grain boundaries.
