摘要
本文叙述了用快速成形技术制造玻璃模具电火花加工电极。对客户提供的玻璃器皿样品尺寸进行三坐标测量,并将样品的尺寸放大1 mm以补偿样品生产时的收缩。利用快速成形技术对样品进行三维造型,并制得样品的树脂原型。利用熔模铸造技术和树脂原型来制作模具电火花加工的电极。用这种工艺可以快速得到铜电极,实现玻璃模具的快速加工。
Copper electrode for electric spark machining glass mould using rapid prototype is described in this paper. The glass vessel offered by client was measured three-dimensionally. The measured dimension of the vessel was increased by 1 mm to compensate the contraction of copper electrode which is used for following electric spark machining glass mould. A colophony prototype of the glass vessel was made using rapid prototype technique. Using investment casting technology and the colophony prototype of the glass an electric spark machining electrode was made for machining glass mould. By this technology copper electrode can be made rapidly and glass mould can be machined quickly.
