摘要
以氧化铝微粉(为5.3μm和1.4μm两种粒度)、硅灰、碳化硅、沥青、硅粉、铝酸钙水泥和致密刚玉颗粒为原料,研究了防爆纤维和沥青加入量以及微粉、铝酸钙水泥和镁盐促凝剂加入量对热态施工的Al_2O_3-SiC-C质湿式喷射浇注料抗爆裂性能的影响;同时在致密刚玉骨料和碳化硅含量不变的情况下,分别改变沥青、水泥、硅粉的含量和两种粒度氧化铝微粉的质量比,研究了它们对浇注料粘结强度的影响。结果表明:当两种粒度氧化铝微粉的质量比为1:1时,对湿式喷射浇注料的减水、抗爆裂和抗剥落的作用效果较好;沥青和水泥对湿式喷射浇注料在喷补面的附着结合起到重要作用,当铝酸钙水泥含量为2.5%、沥青为2%时,粘结性能较好。研制的热态施工湿式喷射浇注料在4350m3高炉主沟上的使用结果证明:热态喷射施工没有出现明显的爆裂现象,喷射浇注料层在整个使用过程中都与原始层粘附牢固,喷射一次通铁量达到了3.06万t。
The Al2O3-SiC -C hot shotcreting castable was prepared using microfine Al2O3 (two sizes), silica fume, SiC,pitch,calcium aluminates cement and dense corundum particles as starting materials. The effects of additions of anti-spalling fibre, pitch, microfines, cement and accelerator magnium salt on spalling resistance and adhesive strength of Al2O3 -SiC -C(ASC) hot shotcreting castable for main trough of BF were studied. The results show that l )The ASC hot shotcreting castable has low water demand, high spalling resistance when proportion of two microfines Al2O3 is 1:1;2) Pitch and cement have good effect on the adhesion strength of the castable,and the optimum addition of cement is 2.5% and that of pitch is 2% ;3)The developed castable is used on the main trough of 4350 m^3 BF showing that there wasn't obvious spalling as hot shotcreting,shotcreting castable has good adhesion,service life reached 30.6 thousand tons molten iron.
