摘要
目的明确SOCS2在成年大鼠脑内喙侧神经干细胞迁移流内的表达模式。方法用RTPCR和原位杂交组织化学技术观察SOCS2在成年大鼠喙侧神经干细胞迁移流的SVZa、RMS、OB3个区域的表达情况。结果成年大鼠脑内SVZa、RMS、OB3个区域SOCS2均有不同程度的表达,且在这3个部位中SOCS2在OB区表达最强,在SVZa表达次之,RMS表达较弱。结论SOCS2在成年大鼠SVZa、RMS、OB3个区域均有表达但强度不同,提示SOCS2可能对成年SVZa神经干细胞的发育、迁移和定向分化起到一定的调节作用。
Objective To study the expression of suppressors of cytokine signaling-2 (SOCS2) in the pathway of rostral migratory stream of neural stem cells in adult rat brain. Methods To examine the expression of SOCS2 in SVZa, RMS and OB area by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and in situ hybridization technique. Results Expression of SOCS2 was different in SVZa, RMS and OB in adult rat brain. Expression of SOCS2 showed the peak at the area of OB, less in SVZa, the least in RMS. Conclusion The different expression of SOCS2 in SVZa, RMS and OB areas in adult rat brain indicates that SOCS2 may play an important role in the development, migration and orienting differentiation of neural stem cells derived from SVZa in adult rat brain.
