摘要
在应变速率为5.56×10-5~5.56×10-3 s-1的范围内,温度223~773 K,对3004铝合金进行了系列拉伸试验,探索其形变规律.结果表明:3004铝合金在形变过程中会出现动态应变时效现象;在给定的应变速率下,动态应变时效仅发生在一定的温区;在该温区内,应变速率敏感性出现了负值,强度出现了一个平台,加工硬化速率出现峰值,拉伸断口呈现脆性特征.
The tensile deformation characteristics of 3004 aluminum alloy have been studied at a range of strain rates (5.56×10^-5~5.56×10^-3s^-1) and temperatures (223 773 K). 3004 aluminum alloy showed the phenomenon of dynamic strain aging(DSA) during tensile deformation. The dynamic strain aging occurred in a certain temperature range at a strain rate. There was a negative strain rate dependence of the flow stress, flow stress platform and strain-hardening rate peak within the temperature range of serrated flow, and the tensile fracture pattern also exhibited “blue brittle”.
