摘要 目的应用固相微萃取与气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析尿液中的氯胺酮.方法对影响SPME萃取效果的萃取头类型、萃取时间、解析时间、离子强度等因素条件进行优化,分析尿中氯胺酮.结果在0.5~2.5μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.995 6;最小检出限为2.5μg/L.结论该方法具有预处理简单、分析速度快、灵敏度高等优点,适合实际案件尿样的检验. Objective A rapid methed for the determination of ketamine in urine by solid phase microextraction (SPME) coupled with GC/MS was developed. Methods Some factors influencing SPME extraction efficiency such as ionic strength of solutions, extraction temperatare desorption time were studied. The extraction effects among three fiber coatings, polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and Polyacrylate (PA) and carbowax/divinglbenzene, CW/DVB, on ketamine were compared. The operating conditions of GC -MS were also investigated. Results The linearity were good in the range of 0.5 - 2.5μg/ml , the linearity correlation coefficient was 0.9956,and The detection limit of ketamine was in the range of 2.5μg/L. Conclusion: It indicates that solid phase micro - extraction is simple, fast, sensitive and no contaminative method. The methods reported in this paper are proper for case examination.
