摘要
作者通过在日本五年的学习和研究的亲身体会,以日本大学本科生素质的培养和研究能力的培养为素材,结合作者在高校十几年的教学和科研经验,探讨了在高等学校本科生教育中,本科生素质教育、本科生导师负责制、创新能力的培养、人才培养与企业合作、本科生参加学术研讨会等若干问题。
With the experience in studying and researching for five years in Japan, and with the training of research ability and the makings education of undergraduate Japanese students, combining the practice experience in teaching and researching in college, the author discuss the several problems about the makings education, supervisor responsibility system, training of innovation ability, training of person with ability and corporation cooperation, academic symposium.
