摘要
基于方差约束控制理论和专家系统的相关知识,研究了动态组合系统内部故障的预测问题。首先根据组合系统的运行情况在线提取故障点在各个子系统的状态观测值,定义了故障点的状态观测均值、误差以及误差和参数结构并进行了分析;然后在给出故障判定定理的基础上,利用专家系统加权算法得到的故障点状态误差和约束容许值,设计了故障预测的流程图;最后根据流程图给出一种新的故障预测算法。理论分析结果表明,这种算法与传统的故障诊断方法和已有的故障预测方法相比有比较明显的优势。
Based on covariance constraint control theory and expert system, the fault prediction problem inner the dynamic building - up system is researched. First of all, the observed state values of fault - spot at the sub - systems are extracted in accordance with the running circumstances of system on line, then we have defined and analyzed the parameter structure of the average observed state values,error and error - sum correspondent to the fault point. Secondly, based on the defined award theory of Fault Prediction and using the state error - sum constraint values got by adding - power algorithm at fault - point, a sequential graph of FP is designed. Finally, a new fault prediction algorithm is presented. The theory analysis indicates that the presented algorithm has obvious advantage compared with the traditional fault diagnosis and fault predict methods.
