摘要
本文介绍了以乙腈+水为流动相,采用242nm检测波长,对吡虫啉和杀虫单的混剂 中有效成分进行高效液相色谱定量分析的方法。该方法的标准偏差分别为0.007、0.071;变 异系数分别为0.35%、0.10%;线性相关系数分别为0.999 9、0.999 8;平均回收率分别为 98.09%、99.32%。
This paper reported a specific quantitative analytical method for mixture of imidacloprid +monosuhap by reverse phase HPLC using acetonitrile +water as mobile phase, 242nm wavelength detection. The results showed that the standard deviations were 0.007, 0.071 ; the coefficients of variation were 0.35%, 0.10% ; the linear correlations were 0.999 9, 0.999 8 and the average recoveries were 98.09%, 99.32% respectively.
