摘要 本文对陶瓷膜错流过滤沙棘果汁进行了研究,试验了膜孔径对截留效果和膜通量的影响,研究了操作压力、膜面流速、操作温度等条件对膜通量的影响。确定了合适的工艺和操作参数:膜孔径0.12μm, 膜面流速3m/s,压力0.15MPa;采用2种清洗剂分步清洗可以有效地恢复膜通量。 In this paper, clarification of seabuckthorn fruit juice by ceramic microfiltration membrane was studied. The effect of membrane pore size and operating parameters, such as filtration pressure, cross-flow velocity, and temperature on permeation flux was tested. The appropriat condition for process was obtained as 0.12μm of membrane pore size, 3m/s of cross flow velacity, 0.15MPa of filtration pressure and 50℃ of temperature. Two combined chemical agents for membrane cleaning, were recommended for satisfied restoration of flux.
