摘要
采用固态反应法制备了巨磁电阻材料Nd0.7Ce0.3MnO3+x和高温超导体YBa2Cu3O7-δ的混合 块材。X射线衍射结果表明,所有衍射峰都可以用YBa2Cu3O7-δ块材的特征峰标出。输运测量结果 表明,Nd0.7Ce0.3MnO3+x的掺杂量在2%mol时对超导转变温度Tc基本没有影响,随着掺杂量的增加 Tc迅速降低。在电阻转变曲线上随着掺杂量的增加出现逐渐增大的平台现象,我们认为这与 Cooper对在运动过程中受到自旋极化区域电子的散射有关。
We fabricate the mixture of the CMR material Nd0.7Ce0.3MnO3+x and the high temperature superconducting material YBa2Cu3O7-δ by the solid state reaction. All of peaks in X-ray diffraction pattern consistent with that of YBa2Cu3O7-δ. The transport properties measured in magnetic fields indicate that there is almost no influence on Tc when the Nd0.7Ce0.3MnO3+x doping is below 2 % tool. The superconducting transition temperature decreases sharply with the doping increasing; meanwhile the R - T curve shows a visible “platform”. We consider such phenomena might be concemed with the broken cooper pairs due to scattering of the spin polarization region.
