摘要
目的:确立黄杨宁滴丸的最佳成型工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以滴丸的丸形、溶散时间以及滴丸的重量差异系数为评价指标,优选药物与基质配比、药液温度、滴速以及滴头的口径,确定最佳滴制条件。结果:原料环维黄杨星D与基质以0.5∶30配比,药液温度为90℃,滴速为50滴.m in-1,滴口内外径为1.68/2.74mm的滴头为最佳滴制条件。结论:本试验优选出的滴制条件切实可行,成品率高,质量稳定。
OBJECTIVE To establish an optimum preparation process for Huangyangning dropping pills. METHODS Orthogonal design was performed to choose the drug and matrix, temperature of drug, dropping speed internal and external diameter of burette, resolving time and coefficient of variation of the pill weight and to decide the best dropping condition. RESULTS The optimum dropping condition was as follow, the rate of eyelovirobuxinum D to matrix was 0. 5:30, the temperature of drug was 90,℃ dropping speed was 50 drops per minute, and the internal and external diameter of burette was 1.68/2. 74 ram, respectively. CONCLUSION The techniques is feasible. With high productivity of the finished products and stable quality.
