摘要
目的:建立醋柳黄酮(TFH)中的总黄酮、槲皮素和异鼠李素的含量测定方法.方法:利用分光光度法测定醋柳黄酮(TFH)中的总黄酮含量,利用RP-HPLC法分别测定醋柳黄酮中的槲皮素和异鼠李素的含量.结果:分光光度法测定总黄酮含量时,在2.12~10.60 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9)的浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.7%;RP-HPLC法测定槲皮素和异鼠李素时,槲皮素在1.032~4.644 mg·L-1(r=0.999 8)的浓度范围内、异鼠李素在1.941~8.735 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9)的浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率槲皮素为99.5%,异鼠李素为101.9%.结论:方法简便准确,可用于醋柳黄酮的质量控制.
OBJECtIVE To establish methods for the determination of total flavones, quercetin and isorhamnetin in TFH. METHODS UV spectrophotometry and HPLC were used to determinate total flavones, quercetin and isorhamnetin respectively. RFSULTS A good linear relationship at the range of 2. 12- 10. 60 mg. L^-1 (r = 0. 999 9) was obtained while determining Total Flavones with UV spectrometry. The average recovery of added sample was 99. 7%. The same results were obtained while determining quercetin and isorhamnetin with HPLC. Quercetin and isorhamnetin in samples showed good linear relationship at the range Of 1. 032-4. 644 mg.L^-1 (r= 0. 999 8) and the range of 1. 941 - 8. 735 mg.L^-1 (r= 0. 999 9) respectively. Average recovery of added sample of quercetin and isorhamnetin were 99. 5% and 101.9% respectively. CONCLUSION These methods are simple and accurate, and can be used to control the quality of TFH.
