摘要
检察委员会主要具有决策职能、监督职能、调查职能和管理职能。但目前基层检察委员会制度在运行中存在许多问题,直接影响到检察委员会职能的正常发挥。结合基层检察委员会工作实际,需要在转变观念,完善议案决策方式、严格选任程序、实现检察委员会委员任职资格制度和任职期限制度,加强业务考核和建立监督机制等几方面加强检察委员会的改革。
The procuratorial committee has the policy- making function, supervisory function, fact-finding function and management function. But there are so many questions in operating the committee＇s system that influence the procuratorial work directly. Concerning with the actual situation of the procuratorial work,to strengthen the reform, we should change the ideology,complete the policy-making way,strengthen the selection system,accomplish the modernization of the member＇s qualification and the allotted tlme,strengthen the assess and build up the supervisory system.
