摘要
基于微生物对药物反应过程的动力学分析提出了一个以抑菌圈半径微分变化率为反应标准的方法.测定结果可用Gaussian分布方程得到很好的拟合.其结果受药物浓度范围影响很少,从而能得到确定的半数杀菌效价(EC50).
Based on the analysis of kinetic progress of dose-response for bacteria, a new analysis method fitting dose-treatment curve using differential rates of antibiotics as a function versus antibiotic concentration was proposed, Then Gaussian equation was used for fitting data and the parameter EC50 was selected for the inhibitory capacity expression. The results obtained by this method are of stability and accuracy.
