摘要
研究了NaCl和CaCl2浓度对部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)和疏水缔合聚丙烯酰胺(HAP)溶液挂壁与粘度的影响。结果表明,随着NaCl浓度增加,HPAM溶液的粘度降低,且溶液没有挂壁现象出现;随着CaCl2浓度增加,HPAM溶液的粘度先急速降低,再有所增加,当CaCl2质量浓度大于299.7mg/L时,粘度则又缓慢降低,溶液也没有挂壁现象出现。而对于HAP,随着NaCl浓度增加,其粘度先降低后增加,当NaCl质量浓度达到10000mg/L时,溶液出现挂壁现象;随着CaCl2浓度增加,HAP溶液的粘度先上升后降低,当溶液中CaCl2质量浓度达到149.8mg/L时,HAP溶液出现挂壁现象。HAP中疏水基团的相互作用是引起HAP溶液挂壁的主要原因。
Effects of concentration of NaCl and CaCl2 adhension of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide ( HPAM ) on the relations of viscosity and and hydrophobically associating polyacrylamide (HAP) in solution were investigated through experiments. The results showed that the viscosity of HPAM solution decreased and the HPAM solution had no adhension phenomenon with the increase of NaCl concentration; the viscosity of HAPM solution rapidly decreased at first and then slightly increased with the increase of CaCl2 concentration, the viscosity slowly decreased again at a CaCl2 concentration reached 299.7mg/L, the adhension phenomenon was not appeared too. However, the viscosity of HAP solution decreased at first and then increased with the increase of NaCl concentration, when the NaCl concentration reached 10 000 mg/L, the solution had adhension phenomenon and the viscosity of the solution began increasing; the viscosity of HAP solution increased at first and then decreased with the increase of CaCl2 concentration, when CaCl2 concentration reached 149.8 mg/L, the HAP solution presented adhension phenomenon. The interacting between hydrophobical groups in hydrophobically associating polymer was the dominating factor leading its solution to adhension.
