摘要
针对柳林电厂410 t/h高压锅炉水冷壁腐蚀情况进行原因分析,认为炉内燃烧组织不佳、局部缺氧燃烧严重,当煤粉中硫的含量较大时还原性气氛形成的高温腐蚀。通过采用热喷涂、燃烧调整有效地解决了水冷壁的高温腐蚀。
