摘要
本文采用氢化物发生原子荧光法测定食用袋装鲜奶中的砷与汞。确定了仪器的最佳条件,探讨了酸介质、硼氢化钾浓度等对测定结果的影响。在选定的操作条件下,检出限为As:0.235μg/L和Hg:0.025μg/L,相对标准偏差为As:1.9%和Hg:1.6%。
In the paper, the hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometric method was adopted for the simultaneous determination of arsenic and Mercury in milk. The operating condition of the instrument were optimized .The factors affecting the hydride generation, such as the acidity of the medium and the amounts of and potassium borohydride etc., were investigated. In given conditions, the detection limits are 0.235μg/L for arsenic and 0.025μg/L for mercury ; the relative standard deviations are 1.9% for arsenic and 1.6% for mercury.
