摘要
探讨了阿伦尼斯(Arrhenius)模型的线性化寿命与温度关系的推导过程、激活能ΔE 的意义、参数 B 的意义和加速因子。通过对该模型的研究,分析了基于产品性能参数或特征量退化数据的加速寿命试验数据处理方法的可行性。
Based on Arrhenius relationship, the linearized relationship between life and temperature is derived, and the meaning of activation energy and B parameter , and the acceleration factor are discussed. The feasibility of accelerated life testing data processing method based on performance parameters or characteristics degeneration data are analyzed.
