摘要
分析了进口元器件质量保证等级及控制要求,分析了美国军用级(JAN)产品的特点,并从健全管理制度,进行科学管理,按优选顺序与选择原则采购具有质量保证等级及控制要求的元器件,搞好质量验收、鉴别工作等方面提出了如何加强进口元器件的质量管理与控制的方法。为了鉴别进口元器件的质量,应对进口元器件进行破坏性物理分析(DPA)、二次筛选或高应力试验。
Based on the analysis of quality assurance grading and control requirements for imported components and the characteristics of JAN products, the quality management and control of imported components were described in terms of establishing a sound management system, acquiring qualified components according to prefered sequences and selection rules, and improving quality acceptance and qualitication DPA, the second screening or high stress testing should be applied to the imported components to determine their quality.
