摘要
系统介绍了基于Linux操作系统铸件数值模拟软件的开发环境以及相关技术;采用QtDesigner设计模拟软件的框架和界面,并成功地开发出了一套具有前置处理、计算部分和后置处理三大模块的铸件模拟软件系统。实际应用表明,Linux环境下的铸件数值模拟软件具有成本低廉、稳定性好、安全程度高等优点,是铸造模拟技术发展的方向之一。
This paper introduces the environment and methods for developing numerical simulation software based on Linux. This research designs the frames and interfaces of the system with Qt Designer, and has successfully developed an integrated numerical simulation system with pre-processor, main-solver and post-processor modules. It is indicated that this system has many advantages such as lower cost, high stability and safety and it has become one development orientation of numerical simulation technique.
