摘要
目的:了解大学生人体成分的组成,为增强大学生体质提供科学依据。方法:用生物电阻抗分析法(bioelectricalimpedanceanalysis,BIA)对山东大学207名19~24岁大学生进行人体成分的测定与分析。结果:男生体重、瘦体重、无机质分别为64.08(SD7.61)kg、53.80(SD5.34)kg、3.46(SD0.29)kg;女生为53.58(SD5.65)kg、39.62(SD3.39)kg、2.70(SD0.18)kg,男生显著高于女生(P<0.001);而体脂肪(BF)、身体脂肪比率(BF%)男生为10.28(SD3.64)kg、15.79(SD4.12)%,女生为13.96(SD3.40)kg、25.78(SD4.17)%,男生显著低于女生(P<0.001)。健康评估得分男生为74.60(SD4.40)分、女生为74.94(SD3.11)分,男女无显著差异(P>0.05)。以身体脂肪比率(BF%)判定肥胖与营养不良发生率,男生分别为15.67%和2.94%,女生为18.1%和2.86%。结论:受试大学生肥胖与营养不良检出率均较低,肌肉量偏低,应合理饮食,加强体育锻炼。
Objective: To study the body composition of university students and provide a basis for improving the health condition of the students. Method: Body composition of 207 students aged 19 to 24 years in Shandong University was measured by bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA). Results: Body weight, lean body mass and mineral were 64.08(SD 7.61)kg, 53.80(SD 5.34)kg, and 3.46(SD 0.29)kg respectively for males, and 53.58(SD 5.65)kg, 39.62(SD 3.39)kg , and 2.70(SD 0.18)kg for females , which were significantly higher in males than in females(P〈0.001). The body fat and body fat percentage (BFP)were 10.28 (SD 3.64) kg and 15.79 (SD 4.12) % for males, and 13.96(SD 3.40)kg and 25.78(SD 4.71)% for females, which were significantly lower in males than in females(P〈0.001). Fitness score was 74.60 (SD 4.40) for males and 74.94 (SD 3.11) for females, which was not significantly different(P〉0.05). The obesity and malnutrition rate by BFP were 15.67% and 2.94% for males, and 18.1% and 2.86% for females. Conclusion: These subjects are wellbalanced, as well as muscle mass seems to be a bit lower, which suggest that university students need rational diet and do more physical exercises.
