摘要
采用类比法或经验法,设计对称循环游梁式抽油机的四杆机构参数,均需反复试算,工作量大,精度不高.依据给定的冲程,采用降维法求解非线性方程组设计抽油机四杆机构的参数,计算简便.实例表明,该方法的计算结果与实际对称循环游梁式抽油机的四杆机构参数基本吻合.
According to analogism or experience,it needs to calculate repeatedly to design the parameter of the four-poled component of the symmetrical circulation beam pumping unit.The work load is big and the precision is low.But it becomes convenient by adopting the method of dimension-falling to solve nonlinear simultaneous equation to carry on four-poled component calculation based on the given stroke.The example indicates that the calculated result is completely consistent with the actual size.
