联合检测鼻咽癌患者血清VEGF、TPA的临床价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析鼻咽癌患者血清VEGF及TPA与分期的相关性为放疗预后评价提供参考。方法联合检测70例不同分期鼻咽癌患者血清VEGF及TPA浓度,根治性放疗结束后,根据VEGF及TPA指标阳性分组,观察患者放疗后局部复发和远处转移情况,并对数据统计分析与分期及预后相关性。结果TPA阳性42例,阴性28例,VEGF阳性40例,阴性30例。通过卡方检验,VEGF及TPA阳性指标与T分期和N分期均有相关性(P<0.05),放疗后随访局部复发与远处转移情况,VEGF及TPA双阳性组与其他各组的比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论检测VEGF和TPA与鼻咽癌临床分期有相关性,联合检测判断鼻咽癌放疗预后有参考意义。 Objective To analyse relativity of serum VEGF and TPA with stage in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) for the reference of the prognosis. Methods 70 patients with NPC in different stages were sampled with serum VEGF and TPA, patients in T1 stages 18 cases, T2 stages 42 cases, T3 stages 5 cases, T4 stages 5 cases, No stages 21 cases, N1 stages 26 cases, N2 stages 16 case s, N3 stages 7 cases. Results 42 patients were positive with TPA, 28 patients were negtive with TPA, 40 patients were positive with VEGF and 30 patients negtive with VEGF. Conclusions There is some relation between VEGF/TPA and stages in patients with NPC, which is significant in prognosis.
