摘要
镁及镁合金是一种极具发展潜力的轻质结构材料。但镁合金的耐蚀性较差,因此进 行适当的表面处理以提高镁合金的耐蚀性能已成为目前研究的热点。镁合金表面强化处理新技术,主 要有等离子微弧阳极氧化、加弧辉光等离子表面处理、离子束增强辅助沉积表面技术、化学转化膜、阳极 氧化以及化学镀等表面处理方法。这些方法都具有各自的优点但也都存在一些不足,比如化学镀、阳极 氧化、化学转化膜等表面涂膜均有涂镀层薄,结合强度低,容易剥落,膜层不致密,不均匀,处理液有污染 等缺点I等离子微弧氧化虽能获得较厚结合较好的渗镀层,但镀层有表面疏松、表面粗糙等缺点;离子束 增强辅助沉积表面技术虽然能在表面形成结合好的渗镀层,但设备昂贵,处理面积小,适用面小,产业化 较困难。最后展望了镁合金表面处理的发展趋势。
Magnesium and its alloys are promising structural materials because of their lightweight. However the application of magnesium alloys is restricted due to its inferior corrosion resistance. Therefore proper surface treatment of magnesium alloys to improve its corrosion resistance is of great importance. Surface treatment processes of plasma micro-arc oxidation, arc-added glow discharge plasma surface treatment, chemical conversion coating, anodizing and electroless plating are reviewed in this paper. The tendency of protection of magnesium alloys is also summarized.
