碳离子束对肝癌细胞和正常肝细胞的放射生物学效应 被引量:4

摘要 用兰州重离子加速器产生的12C6+离子和γ射线照射人类正常肝细胞系L02和肝癌细胞系SMMC7721,用早熟染色体凝集技术来检测染色体断裂.发现:细胞经照射后两种细胞内的原初染色体断裂类型有染色单体断裂和等点染色单体断裂;两种类型染色体断裂的数目与吸收剂量之间呈良好的线性正相关关系;碳离子照射后染色体断裂的数目均高于γ射线照射产生的染色体断裂数;碳离子照射后细胞内染色体断裂的类型以等点染色单体断裂为主,而γ射线照射后则以染色单体断裂为主;碳离子诱发原初染色体断裂的相对生物学效应约为2.5.
