摘要
本文应用同位素125I-Iodogen标记法,将125I标记在弓形虫速殖子细胞膜上,125I-弓形虫经鼠尾静脉再感染孕鼠,分别在不同时间动态观察胎盘及胎鼠体内受染组织的放射量,并应用放射自显影示组织细胞的病理改变,示踪125I-弓形虫定位侵袭的状态。结果表明:125I-弓形虫对胎盘及胎鼠的感染率分别为85.8%和76.8%,胎盘感染率明显高于胎鼠(P<0.01),125I-弓形虫在胎盘组织内呈簇状或点状分布,见受侵细胞崩解、留下细胞残迹或呈絮状物,导致局灶性组织缺损,周围炎性细胞的增殖等征象,为弓形虫孕妇感染易致早产、流产、死胎和先天性畸形等提供病理基础。
By means of Isotope 125I-Toxoplasma labeling,125I was labelled on cell membrane of Toxoplasma's merzoite gondii.Through the tail vein,gondii then infected the pregnant mice.The radionodine of the placenta and the infected tissue in fetal mice were under watch at different time.Aiso the autoradiography was used to show pathological change time,Also the autoradiography was used to show pathological chande of histiovyte,to trace the status of which gondii eroded certain tissue.The results showed:infection rate of placenta and fetal miceby 125I gondii were 85.5% and 76.8% respectively.Obviously the infection rate of placenta was higher than that of fetal mice.125I gondii scattered in placenta tissue in the shape of cluster or dots. It was seen that cells collasped after erosion, leaving the cell residue or something like wadding,It caused focal tissue lesion and inflammatory cell proliferating around it.These symptoms provide the pathological fundation for premature,abortion, dead-fetus and congenital malformation which are easily resulted from gondii infection fo pregnant women.
