固结砂岩气藏出砂预测方法研究 被引量:11

摘要 结合试验结果将固结砂岩储层简化为具有残余强度的弹脆塑性体,计算了强度参数。通过气藏孔隙压力和岩石骨架应力分布规律分析,以Bratli孔穴稳定准则为出砂判据,建立了固结砂岩储层气井裸眼完井出砂临界压差的确定准则,并利用该准则对南海某气田出砂临界压差进行了分析评价,为最大限度地提高气井产量,减少气井出砂对管壁冲蚀提出了可靠依据。 Consolidated sandstone reservoir is simply considered as an elasto-plastic plastomer with residual strength,combining with experiment.The amount of strength is calculated.Through the analysis of pore pressure and rock skeleton stress distribution,sanding is predicted based on Bratli cavity steady-state rule.Critical pressure differential determinative rule is established for sanding with bare gas well completion in consolidated sandstone gas pool.The analysis of critical pressure differential of one gas field in South China Sea is conducted with the critical pressure differential determinative rule,and reliable basis is provided for gas well production maximization and weakening sand erosion to pipe wall.
