摘要
为了对比SBS和SEBS改性沥青及混合料抗老化的能力,设计紫外光老化试验,模拟在野外光氧条件下的长期老化;用傅立叶红外光谱分析了沥青及SBS,SEBS改性沥青老化前后结构与性能的变化.紫外光辐射试验表明,SEBS改性沥青及其混合料的热稳定性和抗光氧老化能力好于SBS改性沥青及其混合料;傅立叶红外光谱分析表明,改性沥青老化后性能下降主要是改性剂中双键断裂造成的.综合红外微观分析和宏观性能试验结果,SEBS改性沥青及其混合料具有良好的抗紫外线性能,使用寿命可以比SBS改性沥青混合料高1倍以上.适合于南方和高原紫外线强烈地区使用,尤其适用于对老化性能要求较高的开级配道路.
The anti-aging capability of SEBS (styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene)modified asphalt was compared with that of SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene)modified asphalt by aging experiment under ultraviolet radiation simulating long term aging in the condition of open field with light and oxygen. Additionally, the structure and quality variation of SEBS modified asphalt and SBS modified asphalt was analyzed both before and after aging by FHR( Fourier transform infrared spectrum). The aging experiment under ultraviolet radiation shows that the thermal stabilization and anti-oxidation of SEBS modified asphalt and mixture is better than those of SBS modified asphalt and mixture. FITR shows that the quality degeneration is mainly caused by double bond rupture in modifier. From above results, SEBS modified asphalt and mixture has favorable anti-ultraviolet radiation and double life usage when compared with SBS modified asphalt and mixture. So it fits to be used in south and altiplano with high intensity of ultraviolet radiation, especially for open-graded pavement with high request of anti-aging.
