摘要
开发出了一种集挤压工艺与电、液、计算机控制技术融为一体的连续变断面挤压新工艺,并以工业纯铝为 研究对象,对外形连续变断面挤压工艺进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:根据连续变断面工件的特征参数,通过 调节主液压缸和侧向液压伺服系统的参数,无须更换模具,可以成形断面由大到小、由小到大、往复循环的全纤 维连续变断面挤压型材或零件。
A process of continuous taper extrusion forming is developed by combining extrusion process, hydraulic-servo & computer control technology. The trial research of shape extrusion process for example Al is carried out. The result indicats this extrusion process can extrude the certain variable section products with fully fibre whose section varies gradually, not only from small to large but also reverse in according to the continuous taper designed curve, by adjusting the hydraulic parameter of the main cylinder and the extrusion cylinder without replacing the dies.
