摘要
通过10个不同品种在同一生态区5个海拔高度的不同气候生态条件,对12个品质性状的变异系数、聚类分析及温度影响效应研究。结果表明:不同品质性状在不同海拔高度的变异存在很大差异,糙米率、精米率、粒长相对稳定,而垩白度、垩白粒率波动较大;通过对稻米品质性状的聚类分析,可根据稻米品质性状在不同海拔高度的变异系数大小划分为3种类型,第一种是对气候条件变化最敏感的生态敏感型,如垩白度、垩白粒率,第二种是对气候条件变化反应迟钝的生态迟钝型,如糙米率、精米率、粒长,第三种是介于二者之间的中间型。
The variation coefficient, clustering analysis and influence of temperature were studied on 12 rice quality traits of 10 different varieties at 5 different altitude in the same ecology area. The results showed that the different rice quality traits had larger difference at different altitude, brown rice rate, milled rice rate and grain length were relatively stable. However, chalkiness degree and chalkiness grain rate had large variation. The three types were divided according to variation coefficient of 12 rice quality traits at different altitude by clustering analysis of rice quality traits. The first type was sensitive for ecology condition, as chalkiness degree and chalkiness grain rate. The second type was slow for ecology condition, for example, brown rice rate, milled rice rate and grain length.The third type between theirs was middle for ecology condition.
