摘要
用免疫荧光技术观察了转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)、转化生长因子β3(TGFβ2)、转化生长因子β3(TGFβ3)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF),表皮生长因子(EGF)与白细胞介素-6(IL-6)在大鼠皮肤中的分布。全部6种生长因子在表皮及毛囊上皮、除TGFβ2外的5种生长因子在成纤维细胞和部分内皮细胞、TGFβ1、TGβ2、bFGF和IL-6在巨噬细胞、bFGF和EGF在骨骼肌细胞均呈现阳性染色。生长因子在皮肤中的广泛分布提示它们是皮肤细胞调节的基本信息媒介。
An immunofluorescence technique was used to localize transforming growth factor β1, β2, β3,(TGFβ1,TGFβ2, TGFβ3 ), basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF ), epidermal growth factor(EGF ) and interleukin-6(IL-6) on normal rat skin. The results displayed that the epithelial cells of epidermis and hair follicles to all the six kinds of growth factors,fibroblasts and partial endothelial cells of blood vessels to the five growth factors except TGFβ3, macrophages to TGFβ1, TGFβ2, bFGF and IL-6,skeletal muscle cells to bFGF and EGF were positively immunostained respectively. The comprehensive distribution of these growth factors on skin implies that they may be the basic message media to skin cells.
