摘要
用电镜细胞化学方法观察了阿霉素(ADM)对大鼠肝细胞的毒性及中药六君子汤的保护作用。ADM所引起的肝细胞胞质空泡化、胆小管轻度扩张和微绒毛短缩,可明显地被预先投入的六君子汤防止。细胞化学观察显示ADM使肝细胞的5'-核苷酸酶和细胞色素C氧化酶活性降低,而预先投入六君子汤再给予ADM则其酶活性及分布与对照组无明显差别。本研究表明:ADM可在亚细胞水平致肝细胞损伤,而预先投入六君子汤则可预防ADM的毒性作用。
The toxic efects of adriamycin (ADM) on liver cells of rat and the protective effects of Liu-junZi-Tang were investigated by morphological and cytochemical methods. Dilation of bile canaliculi and shortness of their microvilli, as well as vacuolation of the cytoplasm caused by adriamycin were prevented by before hand administration of Liu-Jun-Zi-Tang. The cytochemical observation showed that the activity of 5'-nucleotidase and cytochrome C oxidase were decreased by being treatad with ADM,but the activity and distribution of 5'-nucleotidase and cytochrome C oxidase were not different from the normal control group when Liu-Jun-Zi-Tang was administrated prior to ADM injection. The present results suggested that ADM can induce the damage of subcellular structures of liver cells and that the toxic effects of ADM can be prevented almost completely by pre-treatment of Liu-Jun-Zi-Tang.
