摘要
从１９７４～１９８４年，作者为２０６例类风湿性关节炎患者做２４０个关节滑膜切除，包括膝８４个，腕（伸肌腱）５５个，肘７２个，踝（腓管、跗管）１７个，掌指、指间关节１１个。平均随访时间１６．５年，分列评估各种关节手术长期效果。作者认为滑膜切除肯定能阻止局部病变的进展。手术的成功决定于病人的选择、手术时机和手术方法的选择，也和术后功能锻炼有关。
From1974to1994,206cases(240synovectomies)ofrheumatoidarthritisweretreatedwithsynovectomy.Thelesionsoccurredinthekneejointin84cases,wristin55cases,elbowin72cases,anklein17casesandmetacarpo-phalangealandinterphalangealjointsin11cases.Althepa-tientswerefolowedupforanaverageof16.5years.Thelongtermresultsofthesecaseswereassessedaccordingtothediferentcriteriareguiredforthediferentjoints.Theresultsrevealedthat,synovecto-myatleastarrestedthelocalinflammatoryprocess.Theoveraloutcomeoftheoperativetreatmentwithsynovectomydependsuponthepropercaseselection,theoptimumtimeoftheoperativetreatmentandthepostoperativefunctionalexercise.
