孕早期子宫颈管脱落胎儿细胞的获取 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨早孕妇女子宫颈管滋养细胞的存在情况,并寻求从子宫颈管收集脱落滋养细胞的最佳取材工具,为进一步的无创伤性产前诊断奠定基础。方法将早孕妇女随机分为3组,分别采用刻度吸管、宫颈刷、双取器宫颈管毛刷刷取子宫颈管并进行涂片,HE染色观察滋养细胞的存在情况。结果采用双取器宫颈管毛刷获得的滋养细胞阳性率最高,与其它两种方法比较有显著性差异。结论双取器宫颈管毛刷可能为孕早期从子宫颈管收集脱落滋养细胞的较好取材工具。
