摘要
根据铝合金进气接管外形尺寸与结构等特点,该模具宜设计成一模一腔。零件端平面不作为最佳分型面。浇道位置为环形浇道,横浇道设计成扁梯形横浇道,内浇道截面面积根据公式求取。模具设计成斜导柱侧抽芯,利用复位杆复位,以顺利脱模。这样设计模具,结构合理,脱模顺利、铸件形状和表面质量都达到图纸的要求。
The die with one mould and one cavity was designed based on the geometry size and structure of the components.Component end face is not used as the optimal parting face.Ring pouring channel was set for pouring position.Ladder-like horizontal gate was designed for horizontal gate.Section area of ingate was calculated by the equation.The die with oblique side of guide pillar to take out core and release link was designed to take off mould smoothly.The casting shape and surface quality can meet the requirement of the drawing using the die.
