摘要
读者权利的提出,理论上强调的是一种为所有人服务的理念,实践上有利于我们纠正图书馆服务中存在的人文偏差。读者权利的实现受制于社会差别的存在,所以公民阅读的应然权利不等同于实然权利。要正确认识图书馆服务中的区别对待,在承认需求差异的基础上解决好服务的公平问题。
"Reader's rights" is such a kind of idea that it emphasizes serving for all people, and it helps us to correct the humanities deviation existing in the service in libraries. The reader living in different social reality enjoys the different rights, so the citizen's reading rights he should enjoy does not equate the rights he enjoys in actual reading. Only when we acknowledged the different demands of different readers and the different service for different readers in the libraries, then we can provide the fair service.
