摘要 介绍数字参考咨询系统2.0的结构和功能特色,着重叙述该系统在图书馆信息服务中的应用。 Taking Ludong University as an example, the paper mainly discusses the application of the ORS system in university library as well as the development plan of the cooperation of ORS with other universities of Jiaodong.
