摘要
通过对电网结构和电网调度操作票的建立机制进行分析,基于分层结构的规则设计,利用应用数据库与面向对象的编程(OOP)技术设计了电网调度操作票专家系统,采用多智能体系统(MAS)实现与SCADA系统实时共享数据。文章给出该方法的设计思想、应用和设计系统的主体框架。
Through analyzing the structure of TSEP and principles of developing operation scheduling and the design of the system's rules based on hierarchy structure, an expert system for power network dispatching operation order is introduced, which is developed by the application of database and object-oriented programming technology. A multi-agent-system approach to system with SCADA and the share of the real-time information are achieved. The design ideas and the main system frame are introduced in the article.
