摘要
职称评定工作是高等学校的一项重要工作,它受到了教师的普遍关注,评定的合理与否,将直接影响到高校师资队伍的建设和发展.现针对高校教师职称评定问题,将层次分析法应用于模糊综合评价中,建立了多层次的模糊综合评价模型,给出了高校教师职称评定的量化方法,使职称评定工作尽可能地减少主观因素的影响.
Evaluation of professional tides is an important work of a university. It has been a question that teachers have paid close attention to all the time. This paper direct against universityg evaluation of professional title question , applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE) , having set up a multiple stratification FCE model, provide university techer's evaluation of professional tide quantization method. It reduces the influence of subjective faetor as much as possible.
