摘要
ＫＧ８８１是一种口服含金抗类风湿性关节炎新药，福氏完全佐剂致炎后ｄ１９ｉｇ给药（含金量５、１０、２０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１·ｄ－１），连续７ｄ，对佐剂性关节炎（ＡＡ）大鼠免疫功能有明显的抑制作用：降低刀豆素Ａ（ＣｏｎＡ）及脂多糖（ＬＰＳ）诱导的ＡＡ大鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖反应；抑制ＬＰＳ诱导的ＡＡ大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生的白细胞介素１。此抑制作用有剂量依赖性。
KG881(a newly oral gold compound) was administrated intragastrically at equivalent gold doses of 5、10 and 20 mg ·kg-1·d-1 for 7 days on day 19 after Freund complete adjuvant injection. It was found that KG881 inhibited both splenocytes proliferation of adjuvant arthritis (AA) rats induced by concanavalin and lipopolysaccharides (LPS) and interleukin 1 production of peritoneal macrophages induced by LPS in AA rats. The inhibitory effects were doses-dependent.
