摘要
近年来,随着农村大量剩余劳动力的出现,引发了农民进城务工的持续高潮,随之而来,在农村出现了一个特殊的群体—“留守儿童”。他们大多与其祖父母、外祖父母或其父母的亲友一起生活。由于缺少了父母的亲情,已经引起了很多譬如隔代抚养、儿童心理健康以及代养人身心压力增大等严重问题,继而还可能影响我国农村基础教育失衡和义务教育的顺利实施。留守儿童问题的解决有赖于家庭、学校和社会三方面力量的共同努力。
In recent years, owing to a large amount of superfluous peasant laborers, a great many peasants crowded into urban cities. Accordingly, there appears a special group of “hometown-remaining children” in the rural areas. Most of them are living with their grandparents or their parents' relatives. For lack of parents' love, it has caused many serious consequences, such as the education gap, the unhealthy psychological influence in children and the huge mental pressure on the person who are in charge of the children. What is worse, it can lead to the unbalance of the primary education in the rural area in our country. The method of settling this problem depends on the joint efforts from three aspects: the family, the school and the society.
