致密多晶羟基磷灰石微粒人工骨在颏成形术中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 植入致密多晶羟基磷灰石微粒人工骨行颏成形术共21例,取得良好效果,术后颏前点前徒,颏唇沟清晰,外形协调匀称,无并发症。文中对该术式的适应证、植入床和切口的设计及手术步骤作了介绍;就致密多晶羟基磷灰石微粒人工骨与其它植入材料的比较、该式手术的注意事项等进行了讨论。 cases of genioplasties planting dense polycrytalline hydroxylapatite partic artificial bone were reported in this paper. The result showed that pegonion moved forward, mentalabial sulus became clear, figure of chin was symmetrized, and no complication occured after the operation. The indication and methed of the operation, design of incision and planting bed were recommended. The advantage of planting the artificial bone was discussed in detail.
