摘要
1.5μm波段外腔半导体激光器的频率稳定性对大容量、密集波分复用系统的快速发展有着很大的影响。对几种主流的外腔结构和稳频技术进行了分析,论述了它们各自的特点及未来发展趋势。
The frequency-stabilized external cavity laser diode in 1.5 um region is vital to high capacity dense wavelength division multiplexing.. The main structures of external cavity and the technologies of frequency stabilization are analyzed, their characteristics and future development are introduced.
