Wireless Location Technologies for CDMA Cellular Radio Networks

摘要 蜂窝通信系统中移动台定位问题作为研究的热点之一,受到了广泛的关注.实现蜂窝通信系统中移动台定位,需要解决定位算法与定位参数估计问题.本文以定位算法与定位参数估计为主线,综述了蜂窝通信系统中移动台定位的发展过程、现状、取得的进展以及面临的挑战,特别是对减轻非视距传播影响的定位算法进行了详细讨论. Wireless position location has received considerable attention in CDMA cellular radio networks over the past few years. The process of calculating the location estimate can be views as consisting of two parts. The first part provides estimates of loca- tion parameters and the second part is the algorithm that uses the parameters to determine the MS' s position. Based on the methods of location estimating and location parameter estimating, the development history of current and future challenges in wireless position location are reviewed and location estimating techniques for mitigating the influence of non-line-of-sight(NLOS) propagation are discussed.
