摘要
在对割缝筛管进行了有限元整体分析的基础上,对割缝处的应力集中区域采用子模型法重新建立模型,得到该区域精确的应力值和应力分布情况.计算表明,整体分析具有一定的有效性,采用子模型技术可以提高整体分析的精确度,最高可达50%;同时,针对应力集中情况,对割缝处进行了局部改进,分析了局部改进对筛管整体强度的影响,为筛管结构进一步优化打下基础,并利用曲线拟合技术,建立了过渡圆弧半径与筛管承载能力的解析简化计算公式,为其工程应用提供了参考.
On the basis of integer analysis of slotted liner, sub model method is applied on the area of stress concentrate, and gains the elaborate result, which indicates that integer analysis has certain validity, while the precision has been improved more than 50 percent by sub model method. In addition, local improvement is applied on the area and its influence is studied, and analytic formulas between local improvement and integer intensity are built by curve fitting, which provides reference for its application.
