泼尼松龙对大鼠胃黏膜作用的研究

摘要 类同醇激素有强大的抗炎和免疫抑制作用,临床上广泛用于各种疾病的治疗.据报道[1,2],类同醇激素治疗后,消化性溃疡的发病率显著增加,从11%~31%不等,其具有症状轻而出血率高、穿孔率高、死亡率高等特点.类固醇激素对胃黏膜的损伤作用日益受到人们的重视.本研究选用类固醇激素代表药物泼尼松龙,制备胃黏膜损伤模型,探讨类固醇激素对胃黏膜的损伤作用及其可能的机制.
