摘要
目的:研究在全自动分析仪上酶法肌酐试剂对血清镁测定的影响。方法:分别对混合血清单独测镁和测肌酐后测镁,比较两者差异;将混合血清分成若干组,分别加入不同量的酶法肌酐试剂后测镁,并以加同量的蒸馏水作为对照,比较两者差异。结果:混合血清单独测镁均值为0.95,测肌酐后再测镁均值为0.86,两者差异有显著性;混合血清加入酶法肌酐试剂后测得镁浓度值比对照组要低,且降低程度与加入量相关。结论:因酶法肌酐试剂中与H2O2显色的物质TOOS是含羟基和甲氨基等配基的配位体,属硬碱,能与属硬酸的镁离子络合形成稳定的络合物,从而影响镁离子测定。
Objective To study the effect of creatinine reagent on autoanalyzer method of measuring magnesium. Methods Determination of magnesium content was carried out alone and after measuringcreatinine ;Magnesium content was determined in pooled serum after adding somecreatinine reagent and the same volume of water,respectively. Results Significant differences were observed between mean values of magnesium content (0.95 vs 0.86);Decreased magnesium contentin serumwas detectedafter adding some creatinine reagent, compared with the controls, and the extent of decrease was relative with the volumeof creatinine reagent. Conclusions The TOOS with methylamino-and hydroxyl that act as hard basewere preferentially complex bound to hard acid such as magnesium, thus decreased magnesium contentin serum can be detected by Calmagite method.
